Imagine a world after the Covid-19 pandemic. Together with Alena Tabea, we imagined a scenario in 2025: The pandemic is over, but the perception of the elderly being very vulnerable is deeply anchored in our consciousness. It's extremely hard for older people to find a job, so many of them are unemployed. 
To spread awareness and help active elders regain their place in society, we created a campaign to show the strength of age. We also tried to show how important the experience that only older people can bring to the table is.
We focussed on female – so called – Best Agers. They describe women in leading positions. We want to inspire and empower older women to own their game and become whoever they want to be – despite their age.
